Hi there Ravens!
My name is Kayla Flores. I am so happy that I am going to be one of your new school counselors this year! I am from North County, San Diego and love spending my time reading, swimming, playing with my dog Thor, and spending time with my family/ friends. I want all students at Rancho San Diego to feel heard, seen and valued. My goals this year are to create engaging, social, emotional learning for all students and to help all students feel like they belong!

Hello Rancho San Diego Elementary School Students and Families,
I am so excited about being your counselor this year. I recently moved to Spring Valley, CA from the island of Oahu, Hawaii near the famous surfing beach of Makaha. I am passionate about helping others, especially students! I love being outside and hiking, and gardening, and watching sunsets. My goal for this year is to get to know everyone and help students connect, develop a sense of belonging, and to feel valued as students in our community.
